Hello Proud Putnam Democrats:

If you act now there is still time for you to become a delegate tot he 2009 Florida Democratic Party State Conference in Orlando, October 8-ll.

Reasons to become a delegate are:

1. It’s fun to meet enthused Democrats from other parts of the state and have a chance to exchange ideas and how-to’s.
   
   
2. It’s a chance to hear from leading state and national figures – especially potential candidates running for state office next year
   
   
3. There are training sessions, seminars and meetings of various clubs, caucuses and committees that make up the Florida Democratic Party so you have a chance to learn about Democratic action projects to make a change in Florida working through our political process.

And Orlando is near enough so if you can’t take the full-meeting you can day trip to the sessions of most interest.

I need to hear from you that you wish to become a delegate by 12 noon, Monday, May ll, as I must send the names of potential delegates with FDP headquarters by late afternoon.
